To ensure the best performance of your extractor, you should replace the charcoal filter every 2 to 4 months, depending on using frequency.

Please note: The-circulating filters are designed to clean the air from impurities such as smoke and smells but cannot absorb water/steam.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
